Drinks : 20 $ / person/ day (exclude Champagne, include local wine and 2 liquors / day)
All insurance(cancellation, liability, luggage…)

S. Rollet Safaris can only be considered as an advisor but not as a travel agent
If you book one of our packages and do not take all of the trophies included a credit is given on a pro-rata basis.
This should however rarely be neccessary. Our application form mentions the terms and conditions of the package or hunting trip you chose.
It will be your contract with S. Rollet Safaris. This application form signed, with the proof of deposit, will be your definitive registration with us.
Final payment must be made no later than the the 1st day of your safari, in cash or traveller’s cheques.
Any change in duration or dates or number of people would make the contract null and void ; moreover your deposit would be kept. All guests are required to sign a personal indemnity contract, before commencement of the safari.
Any cancellation will result in a waver of your deposit, unless a re-booking can be arranged.
A cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
All immigration and health recommandations shoud be checked by the client with relevant authorities before his arrival in the country.
The client should also consult a doctor prior to his visit. There will be no refund in case of delay (due to flight companies for instance) or interruption of your trip due to any other cause of your responsibility.
Trophy fees, drinks and personal expenses are to be paid in cash or travellers cheques directly to your guide.
All reasonable precautions are taken by S.Rollet Safaris to ensure the safety of our guests and their possessions, but we accept no responsibility, directly or implied, for losses, injury or damages whatsoever.
S. Rollet Safaris can change or cancel the safari by telling the client in advance. The client can either accept the new terms of his hunting trip or ask for the refund of his payment.
In case of a dispute between the 2 parties, the South-African Court will be asked to rule the case. S. Rollet safaris accepts no responsibility for delays or damages for trophies transportation.
The transport of your trophies is done by companies with no link whatsoever with S.Rollet Safaris.
